Study..

Currently on moments of force..skipped school for two days..now im self-studying at home. Overslept again. Oh well. guess im addicted to games and computers and too used to getting good sleep..so im self-studying at home..how do you find the upward force anyway?

oh well..

Sheesh..i do my work but i overslept compared to a person which don't do their work but came early which one is better? i got kick out because i overslept. Furthermore im mentally tired. oh well...

Day 2

Workout routine.. All i gotta say is..arghhh...soreness in every part of the muscles i used for the routine.....It just shows how much worn out i am..(is that it? i forgot the word for it) jy("jiayou" is a chinese word for hurry up? or aim for it that much i gathered from how it was used during sports day)

i suck

I used to be able to do 30 pushups now i can at most is 4...i used to be able to run around school without losing stamina within 30 seconds but now i lose stamina within 30 seconds and starts to breathe heavily..damn.. Here's my plan to get back in shape..

3x5pushup
20 sit-up
'4x5 jumping jacks
30 rounds of skipping ropes

Hopefully this plan will raise me to level 2

Commencing Operation Back In Shape
Duration of this operation : 1 week

Expectations:

20 pushups
40 sit-ups
5x6 jumping jacks
50 rounds of skipping ropes
Lost of weight : 5kg

by end of this week
